Arctic ICE! Lost City!

The enveloping water has flooded much of the concrete. Indeed, the steps, the site of an old Inca City, have succumbed to the waves. It is lucky that Birmingham is high above the sea, "we will survive!" a spokesperson from the city said whilst riding a bike. The Spring series starts in two weeks! Is Spring the cause of all this water?
