Kurrawongs progress
Club members Alan & Jackie Birch along with Stan Moore update us with progress of their cruise / voyage.
Kurrawong is currently at Arbroath, which is where I have internet access.
The crew, Stan , Jackie and I have noted Steve's comments about strong winds!
We were at Anstruther, happily dried out against a wall when 40 knot gusts
struck the harbour with some walloping waves which broke over the wall and
doused us from time to time. Yesterday evening it had all gone and we motored
to here, such are the challenges of cruising. Tomorrow on to Stonehaven.
We are chasing the midnight sun, with sincere thanks to Patrick for helping
us do Lowestoft to Blyth and building the kit of parts at Lowestoft into
a boat! Alan and Jackie
