This intensive two day course probably packs the most fun of all the RYA, and is
the key to getting downwind - fast!

On completing this course you will be able to helm and crew dinghies with both
asymetric spinnakers (eg. RS Feva, Vision, 200, 400; Laser 2000 etc, 29er,
49er!), or symetrical spinnakers (eg. GP, Merlin, Fireball).

On the Saturday we will introduce you gently to the magic of apparent wind, and
sail a number of different dinghies with asymetric spinnakers. On the Sunday we
will be sailing dinghies with symetrical spiinnakers.

The RYA "Sailing with Spinnakers" certificate will be awarded on satisfactory
completion of the course.

Course fee is £50.00 for adults, which includes a copy of the "Advanced Sailing
Handbook" with DVD, the "text book" for all the more advanced RYA courses. If
you already have the latest edition of the handbook, then deduct £10 from your
course fee.

The reduced fee for Juniors (under 18) and students in full time education £35.

This is extremely good value for money for our members only - look on the RYA
website to find other RYA Training Centres offering this course, and see how
much they charge!

Book now - the application form is on the Club web site at:

To avoid dissappointment, or to discuss whether this is the course for you,
please call, text or email me.

Happy sailing,
